We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

ZHU studio is an open plan architectural designed two storey (loft) at the rear of the property, which is separate from the front 1910 cottage. The brilliant design ideas, up market amenities will give a great experience for young family or your business trip. Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages, the second bedroom is designed for yaunger children. The property is located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

The Teahouse - Queen's Park, Quality, Quiet, Pool

The Teahouse is the perfect home away from home where you can stay in comfort and style. Enjoy the entire space in this quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Located in East Toowoomba, a short walk to Queens Park, Toowoomba CBD and many cafes and restaurants. Built in 1895, Norwood Roses has been faithfully restored into one of Toowoomba’s most dreamy Queenslander cottages – along with an award-winning rose garden.
