This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.
