Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Easy access to Pacific Coast Hwy and the 55 Fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7-10 min walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

Cozy cottage located on fernwood pacific drive in the Santa Monica/malibu hills. THIS HOME IS NOT INTENDED FOR PARTIES. It’s located 1 mile from the restaurants, market and coffee shops. This cottage offers endless relaxation. 10 minutes to the beach. Upon request we offer, for an additional fee. Gourmet food service,massages, cupping, acupuncture, body scrubs, lymphatic massage infrared sauna, paddle boarding and surf lessons , cooking demonstrations, yoga classes Soundbaths in the yurt.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Includes one off-street parking space—perfect for families or friends to share while enjoying Huntington Beach.

Franklin Hills is a family-oriented neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, but close to the hiking, shops, and food in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Griffith Park, and downtown LA. Peace and serenity in the city.

The Venice Love Lodge
