Ubicada en el tradicional barrio de Pedregalejo, en la costa este de Málaga, esta casa goza de una luminosidad y un ambiente marinero incomparable, desde el que asomarse a los diferentes restaurantes y chiringuitos del lugar. Modern townhouse with magnificent interior design and rustic touch, dotted with beautiful details. Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))
