Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

The custom cabin provides a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot, sofa, WIFI, 1 Queen bed, full bath. Shared outdoor covered kitchen w/picnic tables, Blackstone & Pit Boss grills, sink, fire pit, corn hole game. Well behaved pets allowed. $50 fee PER PET per stay.

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party, no groups ages 26 and younger. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and may visit you.

Hartley’s Haven

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Use our kayaks, canoe, and floats, or bring your boat in at the nearby launch to relax in our quiet deep water cove. Our kitchen is large and well stocked and opens up to the living room for easy socializing. Whole house has been recently remodeled and is super clean and cozy.

Less than 20 min. to downtown Anderson Pendleton or Clemson. This prime location on lake Hartwell is a 10 minute boat ride to Portman Shoals Marina, the Galley restaurant, & Green Pond Landing.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
