Den Chiemsee erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und die Berge in 15 Minuten. Tolle Radtouren kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Schöne Gassiwege direkt von der Haustür. Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
