We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed.
