Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Apartamento que ocupa la primera planta de un edificio del siglo XIX, rehabilitado por completo respetando la fachada romántica. Decoración actual muy cuidada. Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

Dispone de WiFi El apartamento es un bajo en un pequeña urbanización en una de las principales avenidas de ocio y restaurantes de Rota.

Mein nagelneues Öko-Haus liegt in einem kleinen Tal inmitten von unberührter Natur ganz in der Nähe des Naturparks unweit von Grazalema und mit vielen Wanderwegen ringsum und in der Nähe des Embalse de Zahara. Beim Bau haben wir auf natürliche und recyclete Materialien gesetzt und Strom liefert die Sonne via Solaranlage. Auf den 3,5 Hektar Land befinden sich hauptsächlich Olivenbäume und von ganz oben hat mein eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Sierra de Grazalema.
