Once inside, head downstairs where you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, game/exercise room, family room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and can be available if you need. Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.
