Cancleave - Cornish Clifftop Luxury

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. Nestled on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, the property occupies around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views across Bude Bay as far as Lundy Island, as well as inland vistas stretching all the way to Dartmoor.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Swallows Lift is the perfect getaway cottage, on a hill top, it is one half of our converted old barn, set in a rural location, with amazing views towards High Cliff and the Atlantic Ocean. Quiet, with dog friendly garden. A 15 minute walk to the SW Coastal Path and a 5 min. drive to Crackington Haven with a wonderful beach and gastropub. Stunning coastal walks, swimming and surfing in nearby beaches including Bude. In high season (July and August) we operate on weekly bookings only.

Charming Cottage with Sea Views

Perched high on the cliffs with spectacular uninterrupted sea views, this charming cottage on the north Cornish coast is a peaceful hideaway. Set in the picturesque hamlet of St Gennys, which is above Crackington Haven and its gorgeous beach. The cottage and private garden is available year round. Dog friendly (1 large dog or upto 2 medium sized), it sleeps four. It is a stone’s throw from Cornwall’s world famous Coast Path. Perfect cozy base to explore the beauty of north Cornwall.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

A pretty barn conversion at pencuke farm holiday cottages and just 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach, pub and cafes. Offers really spacious accommodation for two, or a couple with a baby or child. An extra bed can be added for £50 per week or part thereof. Please ask if you would like this. Darzona also has ultra fast fibre broadband, perfect if you need to work during your stay. There’s a pay per use 7.2kw EV charge point and indoor golf simulator for hire.

Francis Cottage

A delightful mid-terraced cottage that provides a welcome year-round retreat – as soon as you walk over the threshold you will feel your shoulders drop. The lovely, comfortable open plan living-room has an open fire, and the large patio doors make the most of the wonderful sea views. The beautifully-styled bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, will not disappoint. From the patio-area you can enjoy peace, quiet and the hush of the Atlantic.

Songbirds is the perfect escape to say goodbye to the hectic world, offering total privacy surrounded by an oasis of nature. Complete with a firepit, BBQ, and pizza oven, it’s ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. At the bottom of the garden, a peaceful decked terrace overlooks a large pond, where you can take in the morning chorus. Nearby, beautiful beaches and coves stretch along Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline.

Coxford Barn, sea views, near Crackington Beach

Coxford Barn is a beautiful one-bedroom converted barn with sea views situated within three acres of private farmland. It sits within a unique and unspoilt coastal location within St Genny’s parish in the heart of North Cornwall. It is only a 20 minute walk down to Crackington Haven beach which has access to two cafes, a wonderful pub and public toilets. During the summer months the beach is manned by RNLI Lifegaurds.

Raddons is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage set in a secluded location with spectacular scenery. The cottage is available for weekly holiday rental or for short breaks all year round. Great beaches nearby with rock pools and great surf. Dog friendly too.
