The house has a large private garden, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private parking for 2 cars is included. Public bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants all are less than 5 mins by foot. A fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, cable TV as well as a washing machine are available and free of charge. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house.
