Det er 2 soverom, med en 1.50 seng og en 1.20 seng + en ekstra sammenleggbar seng. Enkel adkomst til huset. Det er et lite rekkehus, med flere naboer. Det skal være rolig etter kl 23.00. Det er kort avstand til fjelltoppene Segla, Keipen, Hesten etc. og fine fiskeplasser. Butikk finnes nede i sentrum av Gibostad.

Three bedrooms: One bedroom with bed 140 cm wide bed, one with 120 cm bed and one bedroom with 90 cm wide bed. An additional fold out bed can be made. Veranda outside living room. Bedroom3 has a working table. Cleaning after stay is not included, you must clean before leaving. We also check/ clean house before and after guests for security reasons.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Huset är nära till allt. 10 minuter promenad till Kiruna nya centrum och 6 minuter promenad till Ica nära lombolo och pizzeria samt busshållplats. 6 Minuter med bil från kiruna flygplatsen och 8 min från tågstationen. Ni är varmvälkomna till detta mysiga hus. Vi är även öppet för längre visstelse och till företagare om intresset finns ( vi kommer ge speciellt priset , mer billogare för längre vistelse).

Tunnelmallinen kelomökki LempiRakka sijaitsee pari kilometriä Levin keskustasta. Ski-bussi ja ladut lähtevät aivan ovelta - voit lomailla helposti ilman autoa. Hinta sisältää 2 kpl hissilippuja, jotka käytettävissä koko vierailun ajan. Myös siivous kuuluu hintaan. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet tilauksesta 20-30 eur/hlö. Syksyllä 2025 remontoidussa mökissä on kaunis takka, TV, wifi ja viihtyisä sauna. Helppoutta reissuun tuovat astian- ja pyykinpesukone, kuivauskaappi. Koirat tervetulleita!

This is my private home in Narvik, it is located in the middle of the city and has short access to everything. 800 meters from the train station. 200 meters from the grocery store. 500 meters from the shopping center and bus station. 1.6 km from the ski area. As this is my private home, my personal belongings will be in the house, such as clothes in the wardrobes in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Please be kind and respect this.

Nytt og moderne hus fra 2022. Her kan du se nordlyset fra verandaen! Huset vårt ligger ca 6 km fra Tromsø sentrum. Vi leier ut når vi selv ikke er hjemme. Huset er et rekkehus på 115 kvm. Det er to etasjer med inngangsparti, to soverom og et bad i første etasje. I andre etasje er det åpen løsning med stue, kjøkken og spisestue samt ett soverom og bad. Det er gode bussforbindelser til sentrum. Parkering kan tilbys etter avtale.

Huset ligger ved foten av de majestetiske Lyngsalpene, og med umiddelbar nærhet til sjøen. Det er spektakulære muligheter for skikjøring rett utenfor husdøra. I perioden 21. september-21. mars vil en på klare kvelder og netter kunne oppleve det magiske nordlyset. I perioden 18. mai-25. juli vil en på klare netter kunne oppleve den magiske midnattssola.
