Denne spektakulære arkitekttegnede eneboligen har 2 park.plasser, stort kjøkken, 2 stuer, 4 soverom m/dobbeltsenger, 2,5 bad og 3 solrike utesoner med plass til inntil 8 personer. Boligen er sør-vestvendt og totalt 180 m2. Den har en moderne, lys og koselig, skandinavisk stil. Herfra kan du nyte storslagen utsikt til fantastiske fjell og sjø, samt oppleve det spektakulære lyset vi har i nord, året rundt. Kort avstand til vakre Prestvannet lysløypa (hiking og akebakke), bysentrum og flyplass.

Lad batteriene på dette rolige og varme overnattingsstedet. Senk skuldrene rundt bålplassen mens du observerer nordlyset som danser på himmelen eller ta på deg skiene og gå på tur rett ifra stedet. Hytten ligger nært flotte fiskemuligheter som Hella, kort kjøretur til vakre Sommarøy og det er bare ca 20 minutter å kjøre ifra Tromsø flyplass. Til dette stedet må du ha bil/leiebil. parkering for opptil 2 biler utenfor hytten. hytten er enkel,med moderne tv,vann,dusj,wifi etc. Alt du trenger😊

Aneks/frittstående egen bolig med god standard i landlige omgivelser, nærhet til hav, fjell og natur. Boligen ligger ca 30 minutter fra Tromsø lufthavn, i retning Sommarøy. Bil er anbefalt! Boligen er i naturskjønne omgivelser, slik at naturopplevelser som nordlys, fjellturer eller bare en rolig kveld rundt bålpanna på terrassen kan nytes. Boligen inneholder alt kjøkkenutstyr for matlaging. Eget bad med vaskemaskin, dusj og toalett. Stue med sofa, spisebord og tv med Chrome cast. Velkommen.

Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Buss (nr 24) går rett utenfor huset og det tar ca 10 minutter til sentrum. Om du foretrekker å gå tar det ca 30 minutt. Hybelen er nyoppusset, og inneholder eget bad og kombinert stue/sovealkove. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 single beds, 1 sofa bed and free wifi. You can use our sauna close to the fjord for free or enjoy hiking or skiing in the mountains and fishing in the fjord. The apartment is located on an Icelandic horse farm and we also offer horseback riding. Pickup from Tromsø airport available (45 min. drive).
