The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

This two-bedroom two bath unit is spacious and comfortable. The unit is not suitable for children under age three. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.

Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful views of pines, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional, and a huge fireplace between the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find foosball table and a bunk room.
