Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

This property has undergone a complete modernization renovation upgrade that retains the original character of this historic shingle-style 1920's Mountain Estate. There is a $100 fee for pets.
