This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. The Log House at Twin Brook

A cozy family getaway. While staying here, you will get to live in this historic stone home with a beautiful log addition. The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live. Set out in the country, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the woods, fields, and buggies going by on the road. The house is set close to the road, so traffic can be heard at times.

Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.
