There is no doubt that spring and summer are the premiere times to be at the lake. Spend your days in the water and your evenings playing cards together in our home. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon.
