La struttura, 80mq, si trova di fronte al verde brillante della villa comunale e a 10 metri dal belvedere di Porta Messina, punto panoramico affacciato sulle Isole Eolie. A pochi passi da corso, bar e ristoranti principali, Umberto 25 vi regalerà una esperienza di colori e sapori, da vivere immersi nella città delle ceramiche e dell'arte. La camera è un grande open space dotato di tutti i comfort.

In the picturesque Sicilian countryside, only 5 kilometres from the famous town of Cefalú and a few minutes from the beach of Capo Plaja, we offer a newly built holiday home for 4 people. The house is divided into two independent flats, with private entrance into the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and room with 2 single beds. Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.

È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.
