Riverland View is situated in the beautiful Maam Valley. Ideally located for access to Killary Fjord, Westport, Clifden and Galway City. Beaches, mountains, cycling and walking routes are within easy reach. The house has three bedrooms, a king with en-suite, a twin room with WC and one double. A cosy living room with a wood burning stove and a spacious kitchen/diner. An outside area to sit and enjoy the views. Electric rads throughout. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Joyce's Cottage, one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage) lies below the imposing Partry mountains on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of Connemara. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Visitors can swim from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit outside and take in the spectacular scenery. A short drive (45 mins) over the mountains brings you to numerous secluded beaches on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape.
