A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

You are in the heart of downtown- 2 blocks from the Washington St. The walk along the Grand River starts at your front door & will take you all the way to the South Pier and beautiful Lake Michigan- stop for ice cream and shopping along the way!

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A fully renovated bungalow on a double lot w/50' of lake frontage and expansive views of water, sky & nature. There's also a seasonal bunkhouse in back. Together the 2 dwellings sleep 7 people. During warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private beach w/dock on the property. The Loon's Nest is a very dog-welcoming place. Yards are not fenced, but we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Please enjoy a relaxing stay in our intricately designed home complete with all you need for longer trips! Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.
