Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Firefly is a beautiful timber frame cabin on 2 acres of land w/ parking and a sauna! Surrounding windows offer views of pines & a small glimmer of Lake Superior. Perfect for solo adventures & couples willing to pack-in/pack-out. You are the CLEANER (you must vacuum, wipe, remove ALL food/garbage/rocks/crumbs and leave tidy!). Enjoy 200 ft of private lakeshore while staying in this spacious and serene home with sweeping views of Lake Superior. Take a quick walk to the nearby candy store and search for agates in the Knife River. Perfect location to take advantage of all the Northshore has to offer, as well as Duluth. Note: If you must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather in December - March, we will refund your stay. You must cancel on or before your scheduled arrival date to receive your refund.

Classic Vintage Log Cabin on Lake Superior

Classic, Vintage Log Cabin on 2.5 acres right on Lake Superior - a cozy step back in time! 250 ft. of private bedrock shoreline. 3 Bedrooms: 2 Queen, 1 Dbl. 3/4 bath, kitchen, and indoor wood burning fireplace. Outdoors: both gas & charcoal grills, firepit, firewood, a swing & picnic table. You'll see birds at the feeder right outside your window, plus plenty of deer and eagles right out the front window. The nightly fee is for 2 adults. There's a $10 fee/night/each additional guest.

A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.
