Die Südhanglage garantiert eine sanftes Wecken durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen & Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Der kleine Bergbach auf dem Grundstück lädt zum verweilen bis in die Nacht am Lagerfeuer ein. 90 m² frisch saniert, neues Mobiliar & eine hochwertige Küchenausstattung lassen keine Wünsch offen. Die Hütte hat eine Stube mit Sitzecke, Couch, großer Küche mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank, E-Herd, Backofen, Holzherd, Kaffeemaschine. 5 Schlafzimmer, DU, WC. Heizung mit Holzofen+elektrisch.
