The outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing and dining and has many outdoor entertainment facilities : jacuzzi, table tennis , basketball corner , bbq , hammock, sandpit .

New contemporary apartment located only 10 minutes away from the center of the city and the Old town. The International Fair and The Grand Hotel Plovdiv are 5 minutes walking distance. Next to bus stops. Free parking on the street. The space consists of one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large living room with a flat screen TV and a huge sofa which turns into nice bed for two. There is air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.
