Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Spivey Falls Cabin, A Cabin by a Waterfall

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. Interior cabin exhibits variety of cultural nostalgia from the local family's home and tradition. We hope you come away with peace, tranquility of God's nature and restorative living water .

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Welcome to the Lee Cabin located at Shootout Mountain. The Lee Cabin was built in 1876 and is the oldest structure on Shootout Mountain. Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
