We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

While staying cook your meals in the robust tiny kitchen featuring a Cuisinart micro/oven and cookware to prepare meals, coffee maker, toaster, cooktop. The apartment has a dedicated workspace, a large bathroom and dressing room and a private toilet room. The queen bed has a very comfortable mattress made without chemical foams. The tv area has a pop up table to dine at. The laundry room is free to use.
