Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

This is a waterfront treehouse on Lake Greenwood with a private dock, heat/AC, hot tub, king size bed, & a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Take a dip in the lake during the day or at night enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the peaceful porch under the stars. Clean and spacious mother in law suite over 1200 sq ft. Use this as your home base as you explore the SC upstate. GSP and Spartanburg less than 30 minutes away, Greenville and NC mountains less than 45 minutes away, and just ten minutes from either exit 35 or 28 on I-26. BMW, Michelin and other manufacturing plants are less than 30 minutes away. Start your day with coffee on your private deck and after a long day you can enjoy a dip in the shared pool (pool open Mid May - Mid Sept.

Need to Unwind? Time for a Sleepcation? Or just want to unplug with your family? Our farm offers the perfect setting to let nature set your pace. Conveniently located off I-26 near Spartanburg, Woodruff and Presbyterian College, city life is nearby but you will feel a world away when the stars come out. We have pets but in separate part of house/yard. Minutes from town & Presbyterian College. Perfect for tours, sports. Apartment was previously used for family. Quaint/rustic, perfect for private stays.

Close to town in country setting. CLEAN and Comfy

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS. NO PARTIES!!

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

70's Nostalgia

Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

Cozy Cottage in Union, SC

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

Lovely Tiny Home on Scenic Horse Farm!

Perfect for a romantic or solo getaway, a sight-seeing trip, or just passing through! This 360 square foot tiny home feels spacious and is convenient with the one story floor plan, high ceilings, natural light, and basic amenities for your stay. There is NOT a TV but there is high speed WiFi is for use on your own device! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

Country club home

No loud events and no cars in and out. 4 car most. Beautifully remodelled home with stainless appliances aross golf course. Two full bathrooms. Each room includes a pillowtop king mattress. Our place is in queit neighborhood and we need to keep it like that. We also have corft state park 5 minutes from our house where you can go kayaking. NO ALCOHOLIC PARTING TOLERATED OR DRUGS
