Selamat datang di rumah bersejarah kami yang dibangun pada tahun 1922. Kami dengan penuh kasih merenovasi rumah bergaya Barat Daya ini pada tahun 2019/20. Terletak di jalan yang dikelilingi pepohonan, 2 blok dari UNM, distrik Brickyard dan beberapa menit dari Nob Hill, Downtown, Bandara, dan 3 Rumah Sakit utama. Setiap kamar tidur memiliki kamar mandi sendiri dengan aksen marmer asli dan perabot built-in asli. Dapur/pantry butler yang ditata dengan indah. Area duduk bergaya keluarga yang luas di dapur. Ruang matahari yang cantik dengan daybed dan area tempat duduk, banyak cahaya di mana-mana. Masuk dengan keypad.

Kami memiliki desain interior barat daya yang indah, cukup terang dan ramping yang dicampur dengan furnitur bergaya abad pertengahan. Udara & panas sentral paksa (tidak umum di NM, karena sebagian besar menggunakan pendingin evap!) 2 kamar tidur kami sangat nyaman dengan kasur (King dan Queen) yang luar biasa. Lingkungan tinggal ini tenang dan dekat taman yang indah, UNM, dan Nob Hill untuk berjalan kaki (15 menit), bersepeda atau berkendara (2 menit), yang dipenuhi toko, kafe, bar, dan restoran! Kami mengenakan biaya hewan peliharaan sebesar $ 15/nt (maksimum $ 45 per hewan peliharaan). Tidak ada akses garasi.
