60ft narrowboat, sleeps 6, central Oxford

Beautiful 60ft traditional narrow boat on the river, 240v is only available when the engine is running. We have wifi and external cctv. It is clean, warm, safe and has a chemical boat loo. The beds are all very comfortable and consist of one main double & bunk and one sofa bed, all in separate rooms. The boat is mainly on the river and we have a wide plank for access, making the boat unsuitable for wheelchairs, elderly or infirm. The boat has been on Inspector Lewis. The boat is NOT a hotel.

We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

A peaceful country setting just 10-15 minutes away from Oxford centre. Set in the unique & tranquil Boars Hill area, hidden down a quiet forest lane. Oxford station is a picturesque and quick 5.6km cycle or hike away through the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful trails plus some wonderful pubs to enjoy such as the Farmers Dog just 30 mins away. A 1 bedroom cabin with a sofa bed, providing space for 4 guests plus a garden with outdoor dining. We hope you like our cabin!

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Secret little hideaway - with proximity to Oxford

Situated on the Oxfordshire/ Cotswold borders this wonderful property sits in the middle of the village of Cassington. The property is self-catering- but the village boasts two pubs, one caters food. There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Explore our charming cotswold stone cottage, nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful woodland and set back from the road, enjoy a peaceful stay where you can truly relax. ​ With a fully fenced front and back garden we are perfectly set up for young families and dog owners alike.  ​Built in 1882 and sympathetically renovated in 2023 these old farm workers cottages have long been a single dwelling but still hold the stories of years gone by.
