The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Stock. 5 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppel-, 2 Doppelzimmer mit je einem Schlafsessel, 1 Dreibett- und 1 Einzel-Zimmer) mit Boxspring-Betten, 3 Bäder, voll ausgest. Einbauküche u. Wohnzimmer m. TV u. Eßecke. Belegung der Doppelzimmer mit jeweils 2 Personen, bei Einzelbelegung in den Doppelzimmern wird ein Aufpreis berechnet. Bis 4/6/8 Personen stehen 2/3/4 Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung.

Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Da wir in letzter Zeit viel Ärger mit Gästen und ihren Vierbeinern hatten, nehmen wir leider keine Gäste mit Hunden an. Vielen Dank für ihr Verständnis.
