Das Architekten Reihenhaus wurde 2021 errichtet und bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See, Wohnraum auf 3 Etagen mit davor gelagerter Terrasse und Garten. Das Wohnzimmer sowie die Küche und ein Bad befinden sich im Erdgeschoß. Die Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer liegen im Obergeschoss.
