The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

You are within walking distance (2kms) to Nordic Eclipse Hot Springs, Bean North Coffee and the wildlife preserve as well as many hiking and biking trails from your door. This is a dry cabin (no running water) with electricity, propane furnace and outhouse. Drinking water is provided. There is good cell service but no wifi. The 7 acre property is shared with 2 other cabins, horses and a large friendly dog.

Little Klondike Cabin

This is our Klondike cabin getaway. It is 9x9 and 20 mins from Whitehorse. Yes it might be small but it is comfortable and cozy. Very authentic inside and out. It has a wood burning stove and electrical outlet within the cabin, queen size bed and storage space. It is a dry cabin so blue jug will be provided, there is no space for cooking but close enough to town to fill your needs. An outhouse is across the way, where you’ll pass the sauna which you are welcome to use when you stay with us.
