Court Farm Cottage 'Elsewhere'

Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

Owl cabin is a peaceful & cosy retreat, situated in our garden next to our house on the edge of our woodland, a haven for deer, badgers & owls. From the veranda you can watch our free-range ducks & chickens, buzzards & red kites thermalling over the valley & horses coming and going. There is a private, woodland garden with a wood fired hot tub to enjoy the views or gaze at the stars. There are lots of lovely walks including across the fields to the local pub and Bath is only 15-20 mins by car.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Amberley House Annexe near the river Mells

The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks.
