Dottie's Digs is nestled in the quiet, tree-line neighborhoods of historic east Urbana—also close to the University of Illinois, downtown Urbana, shopping, and Carle hospital. This spacious home is sure to cover all your needs: parking, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, large office/den, screened in back patio, large private yard, TV/bluetooth speaker, & exquisite vintage-boho decor inspired by my grandmother, Dottie.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

This clean, comfortable, single family home is located in an established residential neighborhood and is ideal for short or longer term visitors to the University of Illinois, or any other attraction in Champaign-Urbana. It is a 5 minute drive to the University, its stadium and other sports complexes, and the State Farm Event Center. As you'll see from the attached photos, the cozy house is tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay.

This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay; whether it’s for a long weekend or a month long stay. There is a king bed in master and queen bed in the guest room with extra pillows/blankets and the bathrooms are well stock.
