Beside El Union and just a few steps to the beach and all the famous coffee shops & bars: GNW, Port San Juan, FLOTSAM etc. This is on the 3rd floor no lift.Published rate is for 4 pax but can go up to 8 pax max. We are located right in the heart of Surftown, LU tucked away on the hill! You'll have 2 bedrooms, 2CR and a living/dining space and balcony. As for the shared spaces, there is a pool, lounge and a viewdeck which overlooks the lush greenery and the ocean.

With own private CR, high speed wifi (255-300mbps), TV w/ Netflix and free parking. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only 5 minutes walk via access path from the BNB. No environmental fees collected.
