Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, der Masterbedroom und die Küche mit Terrasse sind zum Wasser ausgerichtet. Zudem befinden sich eine Sauna, ein Spielplatz sowie eine Badestelle zum Schwimmen im Garten des Objekts.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.
