Korter on ideaalne lastega peredele, sellel on suur päikesepoolne rõdu ning väike mänguväljak otse korteri rõdu ees. Samuti on lastel piisavalt ruumi hoovis ringi joosta. Kesklinn on umbes 1 km kaugusel (ca 15 minuti jalutuskäik). Korteri juurde kuulub privaatne parkimiskoht, seega parkimise pärast pole vaja muretseda. The kitchen has an oven, a stove, kitchenware, and a dish washer. The hot tub is available for an additional fee 59€ (01.05 – 31.08 price 79€)
