Casa Li Cossi

This home enjoys a truly unique location with breathtaking views of the sea, the Li Cossi Canyon, and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 900 m on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 950 m from the center.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Unser Ferienhaus Casa Corbezzolo liegt in ruhiger, erhöhter Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer. Entfernung zum Meer ca. 5 Autominuten. Die Sandstrand-bucht ( Li Cossi) von Costa Paradiso kann vom Parkplatz aus in 5 Minuten über einen wunderschönen Fußweg erreicht werden. Der Küstenstreifen von Costa Paradiso bietet viele kleine Buchten zum Baden an. Hier findet jeder sein kleines paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die ganze Gegend gilt als Tauch- und Schnorchel - Paradies.

Situato in una vasta proprietà privata con ampio giardino e frutteto curato nei minimi particolari. Piscina di acqua dolce, ampia zona barbecue, forno a legna, veranda esterna attrezzata di tutti i comfort.

Right on the sea, Villetta Cristallo benefits from a truly unique location. Only a few steps from the sea, but also from mini-markets, cafe's and restaurants, the house has the added value of not having to take the car for small errands. It comprises of two comfortable double bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), living room, fully furnished kitchen and a large terrace on the beach where guests can relax in an enchanting scenery.

Casa Atlante - 70s silent house with sea view

Casa Atlante is a restoration project using the typical style of Costa Paradiso village. As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s.
