Fully renovated in 2019, LPH features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and oak wooden flooring. A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Within a walking distance, there is a café/bar, tourist center, sagamuseum, souvenirshop, restaurant, birdcliff sightseeing, sea angling trips and a grocery store. 500 m to the bus connection to Tórshavn.

Lejligheden er renoveret og bliver opvarmet med Grøn Energi (luft til vand) og har en meget god udsigt, med mulighed at bruge en stor terasse, der man har udsigt til fire øer, lejligheden ligger centralt imellem lufthavnen ogThorshavn, har god gåafstand til Trælanýpa og Trøllkonufingur. Gásadalur/Múlafossur ligger på øen og ruteforbindelse til Mýkines. Der er gode muligheder for parkering.

Der er ingen stig fra p pladsen til huset, men man må gå gennem grasset, og det kan være glatt i regnvejr, så pas på:) 6000 meter til Vagar Lufthavn 4000 meter til købmand.
