Charmante Maison de Maître proche des vignes et à 30 min de la mer. 🚶‍♂️ Vous êtes à 8 minutes à pied des commerces de proximité : épicerie, boulangerie, tabac, restaurant, coiffeur… La maison accueille jusqu’à 6 personnes avec tout le confort nécessaire. 🌿 En option, un écolodge indépendant en bois (Dôme) dans le jardin permet d’accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires (capacité totale : 8 personnes), sur réservation et avec supplément. Les deux logements ne sont jamais loués en même temps.

Une terrasse ombragée à votre disposition avec le calme assuré sans être trop loin à pied du centre du village avec bars, épicerie, départ de randonnées, marché estival, ainsi que des caves indépendantes et restaurants.

Charmant gîte d’env. 50 m2 sous combles, 1er étage d'une dépendance (à droite sur photo d’ensemble), terrain de 1 700 m2 où vivent les propriétaires très discrets. Seul gîte sur place. Piscine (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. à bulles), cuisine d'été (plancha), coin repas/salon, table ping-pong, trampoline, espace enfants (cabane, ...) et boulodrome à disposition (libre service). Parking : réservé et sécurisé Piscine : mai à oct (sécurisée) Spa : toute l’année (de nov à mars demander 24h avant arrivée)

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.
