If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

The villa offers private use of a 620 m² enclosed plot with a beautifully landscaped garden and a pool (9 x 4 m, 140 cm deep, with internal steps), an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
