Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms plus a third queen-size bed in the upstairs loft, and a full bathroom with a refreshing rainfall shower. Our living room features seating for six, electric fireplace, and smart TV. A sleek kitchen with dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, offers ample cooking space. Out back, dine on a private illuminated deck and unwind by the fire pit, great for stargazing!

You'll have surprising privacy from main house, proximity to small-town amenities like grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants, and short drive to favorites such as Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob in Pendleton County, West Virginia.

Explore roughly 100 acres of groomed trails, creeks, mountaintop orchards, and next-door access to the Monongahela National Forest. Relax under starry skies and reconnect with nature. This two bedroom cabin sits on the bank of the Little Kanawha River. Kick back on the covered front porch or build a fire in the nearby fire ring. The cabin also has a fireplace for chillier days and nights. Enjoy the abundant natural resources offering exceptional fishing and hunting. Explore the pristine beauty of the area with excellent access to horse trails, four-wheeler trails, hiking and biking. Or - simply kick back and read a book. Cabin is 5 miles from Holly River State Park.

CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations

"Trout & About" Cabin located in Bemis, WV is the perfect place to unplug & enjoy the Appalachian Mountains located just 50 ft off the banks of the Shavers Fork River. Come enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking to Mule Hole & take a train ride to High Falls. Drive over the hill to Glady you will find the walking & bike trails of the West Fork Rail Trail. Come disconnect and unwind while taking in the beautiful WV mountains and fresh air. Please note there is NO cell service in the area.

Historic suite for 2 by river. Porch & Kitchenette

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

The Bunkhouse

This cabin is newly built and hand crafted with timber right off of this very property. This is a 150 AC farm & bird hunting preserve. Relax in the hot tub, hike, bring your ATV’S/UTV’S - ride for miles down local backroads. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. Public lands nearby offer fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, etc. 20 minutes from the popular Stonewall Resort. (NO WIFI. AT&T & some other providers do have service)
