Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Comfortable one bedroom cottage with sun-room (in the winter months it is very pleasant on a sunny day, allowing you to relax after a day of exploring the island). There is also a back patio with a great view overlooking the lower pasture and wetland. BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. On a hot day the patio offers good shade. The deck is over 2000 sq. ft. and set up for outdoor living including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen and a dart board for fun. Stay a couple nights or more and enjoy the king bed, mini kitchen and a shower built for 2 with a view to Vancouver Island.
