Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Ithaca's Summer House

Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Το Bellezza cottage είναι ισόγεια κατοικία εμβαδού 55 τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως πέντε ατόμων. Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλα τα δωμάτια του προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλακόστρωτη αυλή 130 τ.μ με τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου καθώς και ιδιωτικό BBQ. Galazio is a gorgeous fully-renovated two double bedroom house in the heart of Ithaki's beautiful main town Vathi. Out of season, the town is chilled & relaxing, in season busy & vibrant with its restaurants, shops and bars all buzzing, & its harbour full of yachts. You choose which version of Vathi to enjoy according to the time of year, both are lovely! The harbour is just two minutes away from Galazio's garden gate. Or it has its peaceful terrace with sea view, where you'll want to linger.

Spacious and convenient two-storey house with a great panoramic sea /port view, within walking distance to the town center. Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds and 1 large sofa /bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to seven visitors. All bedrooms and living room have air condition. Please enjoy your coffee, cocktail or meal at the two verandas with a breath taking view.

Villa Marika's Studio

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Please refer to the photos for the exact location of the property and how to get there from the port.

Στο διαμέρισμα «Ιθάκη» ο επισκέπτης μας μπορεί να απολαύσει την μοναδική θέα του κόλπου του Βαθέως. Ο χώρος αποτελείται από ένα ενιαίο καλαίσθητο σαλόνι με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, και ένα ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο-μοναδικό για στιγμές ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Επίσης, ο επισκέπτης έχει την δυνατότητα να απολαύσει τις ανέσεις ενός πλήρως ανακαινισμένου και εξοπλισμένου χώρου μόλις λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού.

To κατάλυμα αποτελείται απο δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα-σαλόνι, μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι. Βρίσκεται μόλις 400 μέτρα απο την κεντρική πλατεία του νησιού, σε σημείο που ειναι πολύ ήσυχα και με όμορφη θέα στο φυσικό λιμάνι της Ιθάκης. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located only 400 meters away from the main square, in a quiet place with beautiful view of the Vathy bay.
