Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Bright, spacious, and comfortable 67 m² loft apartment with a large 25 m² private terrace located on a quiet lane close to Baker's Pond and Waldarena sports ground. Velden village and the lakefront are only an 8-minute walk. Facilities include an extra-large bed, a day-bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There are walking and biking paths adjacent to the property. Suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.

It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Die moderne Wohnung mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 80 m² besticht durch ihre zentrale Lage – nur etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Herzen Veldens entfernt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der private Badesteg am Wörthersee, der sich rund 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt befindet und exklusiv zur freien Nutzung bereitsteht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Nach 22 Uhr wird kein Lärm geduldet. Ebenfalls sind Partys in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
