Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.

The house has two bedrooms. One room with double bed and one with separate beds. It also has one additional bed in every rooms. A kitchen is equipped with gas cooking stove, electric oven and fridge and coffee machine. Bigger bathroom has toilet and a shower and there is also a small separated toilet.
