This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. This is a cottage overlooking the meadow and the nearby forest. The cottage has a small terrace, where you can enjoy your time and relax. There is a small kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower. The cottage is located in country estate Lūķi, 2km to the beach. The estate has a picturesque landscape with large oaks, a tea garden, an authentic sauna, and garden shed. The sauna can be used by extra charge and bringing own charcoal for the grill is recommended.

This is our summer home, and we are happy to share it with you. The apartment is family-friendly with two bedrooms, five sleeping spots, toys, and everything children may need. From September 1 until the end of May, stays longer than three nights can request a discount. Driving time: 10 min to the city center, 10 min to the Blue Flag beach, 5–7 min to the lake. Walking distance to the “Fantāzija” playground – 10–15 minutes.
