Medieval Tower experience with Panoramic Rooftop

If you are looking for a unique experience in the heart of San Gimignano, this is the place for you. With its 42 mt of height, Torre Salvucci Maggiore is one of the medieval town's famous towers and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread accommodation divided into 11 floors for a total of 143 steps. A magical setting unlike any other. The tower can hosts couples or small groups of up to 3 people. At the top, the panoramic terrace awaits for you with an axtraordinary 360° city view.

A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e 10 dai principali supermercati è l'appartamento adatto per chi vuole avere le comodità a portata di mano pur avendo la propria privacy. L'appartamento è ampio, luminoso, fresco e ventilato rendendo sopportabili anche le giornate più calde, è dotato di un condizionatore nell'ingresso e di ventilatori nelle camere. Il bagno e la cucina sono stati recentemente ristrutturati. Accogliamo calorosamente cani abituati a gatti, gatti e umani ben educati da quest'ultimi.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Rilassati qui con la famiglia. La nostra posizione collinare ti consente di trascorrere le vacanze nella pace della campagna e raggiungere spiagge e paesini molto caratteristici in pochi minuti. Il nostro appartamento ospita un massimo di cinque persone e si compone di grande camera che accoglie un letto matrimoniale ed un singolo, un salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina molto spaziosa e bagno con vasca. Lo spazio esterno è esclusivo ed attrezzato per godervi le vostre vacanze.

Una vista meravigliosa sulla costa degli Etruschi

Grande appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca con un' incredibile vista sulla val di Cornia e sulla costa degli Etruschi. Tutte le finestre offrono un meraviglioso affaccio sulla valle sottostante e sulla costa. La nostra abitazione è dotata di un cucinotto, un bagno, una grande sala e due grandi camere che possono ospitare fino ad 4 persone. La location è situata al secondo piano di una dimora storica. Una grande terrazza è a vostra disposizione dove passare delle indimenticabili serate.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Casa Frontemare è una proprietà completamente ristrutturata con accesso diretto al mare, dalla quale è possibile godere di una vista panoramica sul mare, sulle isole toscane e di meravigliosi tramonti. E' un luogo perfetto per gli amanti di una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della privacy. La vicinanza alle città d'arte toscane e ai piccoli borghi tipici fa si che sia possibile anche andare alla scoperta di nuovi luoghi e scoprire i sapori della cucina italiana.

50mq three-rooms apartment in Venturina Terme with independent entrance. It's composed by: a bedroom with queensize bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable for four adults or family with two children. The natural spring and the thermal baths are reachable by foot. Gulf of Baratti, Rimigliano and Sterpaia parks, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are near the apartment. My accomodation is perfect for travel-workers, couples and families.

Il mare dista solo 6 km dal paese, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina o tramite i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento viene sempre sanificato prima della locazione.
