40 Winks - self contained annex

A brand new self contained annex adjoined to our family home, ready for guests to stay and enjoy the Dorset countryside. Set in an idyllic village, Cranborne is known for being an area of outstanding natural beauty and for having the best unpolluted night skies for star gazing. Within walking distance we have great pubs, restaurants, garden centre with café, historic church, village shop with post office and a fantastic brewery with neighbouring bakery which offers Friday night takeaway pizzas.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Cosy accommodation on the Avon Valley Footpath

Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

Unique. private & very ancient dovecote near Salisbury & Stonehenge with a fabulous swimming pool in gorgeous peaceful countryside with wonderful walks straight from the door. Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.

Bay Tree Lodge is a beautiful little space set in the countryside, ideal for a peaceful getaway for two people or can accommodate up to a family of four. We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. We are very happy to help with any local advice or additional services we may be able to provide for you.

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, Butler's Rest is a stylishly renovated, quirky 19th Century cottage. Perfect for a romantic escape. In an unspoiled part of the New Forest, deer roam through the gardens, a short walk from three wonderful pubs and the open forest itself. It's a great setting from which to explore, although with a well equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner, you may not venture anywhere!

The Haven

Set in a stunning rural location, surrounded by woodland and fields located near to Cranborne & Alderholt with easy access to New Forest National Park, Cranborne Chase and of course the fabulous Dorset coastline. The Haven offers Light and airy accommodation, has its own private entrance and consists of 2 Bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, a spacious living area , with open plan Kitchen.

Welcome to The Hideout, nestled in the Dorset countryside, just a stones throw from our infamous coastline and the New Forest National Park. Our cosy cabin provides the perfect retreat for couples and base for little families alike. The Hideout sleeps two adults in the main bedroom with space for a travel cot or make use of the sofabed that opens in to the lounge area for small children.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on the edge of the New Forest. We are located in the middle of Verwood within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Our annexe is newly converted with everything you need for a relaxing break away. We always take last minute single night bookings at weekends.
