Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. The village is surrounded by green valleys, fresh water springs, hiking trails and secluded beaches. -20 metres from free parking in the square -7 minute drive to Platia Ammos beach -10 minute drive to Agia Pelagia beach -10 minute drive to Potamos

This gorgeous stone build little house is located in a unique and peaceful setting, on the edge of one of the islands oldest settlements Mitata , right by a dramatically beautiful gorge. You will be surrounded by native nature with the scent of sage and thyme all around you. The setting around takes you back in time and allows you to truly recharge. A 5 minute walk from the house is the main village where you all find fantastic food at Michalis tavern and a market with all the necessities!

Το Paleopoli Country House είναι μια ανεξάρτητη κατοικία 55 τμ στην Παλαιόπολη. Μια απολύτως αυτόνομη κατοικία με εξαιρετική θέα στην θάλασσα και στον κόλπο της Παλαιόπολης. Διαθέτει τρεις εξωτερικούς χώρους άρτια εξοπλισμένους. Είναι ένα πράσινο σπίτι βασιζόμενο αποκλειστικά στην ηλιακή ενέργεία. Located in Chora, the main vilage of the island, this apartment is a few meters away from the most scenic restaurants and bars of the island, yet, at the same time secluded from the noise of the night life.
