Recently built 3 bedroom home right next to the ocean. Perfect getaway for you and a few friends. You can also hear the ocean outside. There's (Hydropool 660) Hot Tub installed. If you don't follow Hot Tub rules I will charge a $1000 damage fee. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! Welcome to our 9 acre private lot sitting up on a hill over looking the beautiful Mira River. Enjoy the open concept cottage with spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.
